HELLS SPR is an advanced munition concept engineered to dramatically reduce drag, shockwaves, and sound signature while increasing range, velocity, and terminal energy. Backed by CFD analysis and limited live-fire testing, it represents a radical leap forward in precision lethality and aerodynamic efficiency across both small arms and hypersonic platforms.
A standard AGM-114 Hellfire missile delivers approximately 5.1 MJ of kinetic energy and 39.1 MJ of explosive energy on target. A 500-lb class hypersonic HELLS SPR at Mach 10 (≈ 2,950 m/s), would deliver approximately 1,334 megajoules of kinetic energy — a 30× increase over the standard AGM-114 Hellfire while increasing range massively.
By 3 NM the HELLS SPR Hypersonic missile will equal the impact energy of a Hellfire missile with kinetic energy alone. Between 100 and 300 NM HELLS SPR will deliver 30x the Hellfire impact energy, and at 550 NM will still deliver double the Hellfire terminal energy.
Imagine the terminal energy of over 30 Hellfire missiles concentrated into a single non-explosive, inert hypersonic warhead — easy and safe to store and transport and small enough to fit multiple weapons on even the smallest platforms. Ideal for deep penetration, high-value target defeat, or anti-structure applications without collateral detonation... At hypersonic speeds.
Our Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis and limited live fire testing shows the HELLS SPR concept can reduce drag at high supersonic speeds by 37% or more.
This leads to:
- Reduced sound signature through shockwave reduction and management
- Flatter Trajectory
- More Energy on Target
-Longer Effective Range
- Increased Terminal Effect on Target
- Increased Projectile Flight Stability
- Reduced Wind Drift and Crosswind Effects
How will HELLS SPR compare with standard projectiles?
HELLS SPR with its low drag design allows large cross-section caliber munitions to fly further, faster, and deliver more energy without modifying your firearms, using extreme pressure loadouts, or exotic metal casings.
HELLS SPR aerodynamic advantage will allow more firepower and more range capability in ever-decreasing rifle and pistol packages.
Copper/Copper or Tungsten/Copper composite projectiles for extreme performance long-range shooting and terminal effects.
